Your Drop-Off Checklist
- Empty all pockets. Pens, lip balm, tissues, and cash can ruin a load — or get lost.
- Bag it. Use a laundry bag, basket, or sturdy trash bag. One bag per order keeps things simple.
- Leave out dry-clean-only items. Wash & fold is for items that can go in a washer and dryer. Check care labels on anything you're unsure about.
- Flag delicates. Put items that need special handling — lingerie, wool, or anything that shouldn't go in the dryer — in a separate small bag and point it out.
- Pre-treat tough stains if you can. Let us know about stains when you drop off. Our stain removal guide has tips.
- Tell us your preferences. Want cold water or a special detergent? Just ask — we'll follow your instructions.

What Happens After Drop-Off
